Using your campus channel as a bulletin board is an extremely effective method of communication. Since students are attracted to the popular movie entertainment, they will read and understand messages you place between near the movies.

Technical.

What's appropriate on my channel.

What sort of messages can we put on our channel?

Who else uses a bulletin board?

Creating messages on your channel is easy. Just connect a Character Generator or your PC. Either way you can make attractive, meaningful messages that reach a high percentage of residents. Let us know how we can help (800) 244-6173.

What is allowed on your campus may not be well-suited on others. Check with your advisor and associates. There is a great deal to be gained by building your channel into "the preferred communication tool on campus". Be creative and use the free electronic publicity on your channel. Be responsive to the reasonable requests by others on campus. And most of all…use common sense.

Here are a few examples:

  • SAFETY
Be sure to lock your door. You are responsible for your safety, too!"

  • EVENTS
"meet with friends Friday in the Quad at 7 p.m.
for ROAD TO PERDITION. It's free with your I.D!"

  • IMPORTANT DEADLINES
"It's time to submit paperwork for financial aid.
Get it completed by Friday the 18th."

" The end of the semester is near. Be sure to
sign up for your rooms by March 15th."

Many schools use their channel to reach a high percentage of students on campus.
